Notice to owners of stray animals on Grand Turk PDF Print E-mail

The Animal Management Unit of the Environmental Health Department advises all owners of cattle, horses and donkeys on Grand Turk to remove their straying animals from public places by Nov. 21 or face prosecution.

“The Animal Management Unit further advises owners that they are effectively given twenty-one (21) days or three (3) weeks from the date of this notice (Oct. 19) to comply,” the notice states.

“Failure to adhere to or comply with this notice will result in the Environmental Health Department seeking prosecution according to Section 29 (d) of the Public and Environmental Health Ordinance.”
