Graceway Sports Centre is making the best of the summer holidays with their very exciting and active 2011 Summer Kid’s Camp.
The centre is offering a tailored range of fun-filled activities for children ages 5–8 years old and 9–12 years old with an assortment of sporting and non-sporting activities that combine fun and learning. The camp will be split into two age groups to maximize each child’s experiences and will be held at the Graceway Sports Centre between July 11-15 and July 18-22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A typical day at this years camp will include morning sports rotations such as tennis and soccer from 9 a.m. until noon, followed by a lunch break. The afternoon begins with a special guest speaker and finishes off with more sports and activities including indoor sports, arts and crafts and interactive games. The summer programs are run by qualified staff that promise to pack loads of excitement and fun into each day while ensuring children’s safety. The centre is especially excited about its line up of daily guest speakers which will include policeman, fireman, professional sports players and more. The guests will speak to the group about his/her profession with the aim of educating them on future career options and possibilities. Daily rate for the camp is $20 for the first child and $15 for each additional child from the same family. Price is fully inclusive covering all sessions and activities, as well as morning and afternoon snacks. Children must bring their own lunch and beverages.
